Stuffed Shrimp is one of our signature dishes here at Fudpucker’s Beachside Bar & Grill. Today we’re taking you behind the scenes with Father Fud to see how we make this delicious menu item.
Both of our restaurants offer this tasty dish, made with fresh Gulf shrimp and our homemade crab meat stuffing. After stuffing the butterflied shrimp, we fold the tails over in a rarebit dish, garnish with lemon, and top with two types of sauces: a scampi and a Parmesan cheese sauce that is made with Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic. We place the dish in a broiler oven until it is a perfect golden brown. Once removed from the oven, we garnish it with fresh tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
